Super Easy! No Excuses! Loaded with fiber for digestion, elimination & fat burning, iron, Vitamin C & tons of phytonutrients to strengthen your immune system to fight against cancer and disease! This drink is also alkaline and loaded with ginger to help reduce inflammation and kiwi to improve breathing and lung function! Try it!
- 3 handfuls of spinach,
- 1 apple,
- 1 kiwi
- 1 lemon with 1/4 lemon peel,
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger and
- 5 strawberries,
- 1cup of water & 5 ice cubes!
This smoothie can be blended in a standard blender, and will also give you a boost of energy! Enjoy!
